After earning my degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, I jumped into the fast-paced world of management consulting at ZS Associates. Here, I honed my skills in data analytics, strategic consulting, and project management, working with Fortune 500 clients to solve complex problems with innovative solutions. I delivered over 750 ad hoc requests, developed high-impact dashboards, and drove significant profitability for clients. My experience at ZS was all about blending analytical rigor with strategic foresight.
Not one to shy away from new challenges, I transitioned to the aviation industry to build on my management consulting experience, by joining United Airlines. As an Inventory Management Analyst, I optimized global operations, reduced costs, and kept the airline soaring smoothly. I led the setup of multiple international station warehouses, developed automated reporting systems, and implemented strategies that saved millions in inventory costs. My ability to dive deep into data and emerge with actionable insights set me apart and drove significant improvements across the board.

My commitment to the workplace goes beyond just getting the job done. At ZS Associates, I spearheaded initiatives like ‘Women in Leadership’ and ‘Work-Life Balance,’ fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. Similarly at United Airlines, I didn’t just manage inventory; I championed people initiatives, organized team-building events and boosted engagement.

Volunteering is close to my heart, and my work with Adarsh Women's Polytechnic is a big part of that. It's been an avenue for me to help empower women from marginalized socio-economic backgrounds towards self-reliance. By leading the charge in establishing our social media presence and marketing efforts, we’ve helped empower over 1,000 women with the skills they need for better job opportunities. Being part of this movement is about more than just giving back; it’s about making a real difference in people's lives!
Aasara Children Home
One of the most heartwarming experiences I've had was visiting the Salaam Baalak Trust's Aasara Children Home. This wonderful organization provides a safe haven for young orphan boys. I went there to bring some joy into their lives by conducting fun and festive activities. Spending time with these incredible kids, seeing their smiles, and hearing their laughter was truly special. We played games, made crafts, and celebrated together, creating memories that I hope brought a bit of sunshine into their day. Volunteering at Salaam Baalak Trust is a reminder of the impact we can have with just a little time and effort.
Ashok Sawhney Old Age Home
Visiting the Ashok Sawhney Old Age Home was another unforgettable experience for me. I spent the day engaging with the wonderful residents in activities like Bingo, dancing, and singing. Witnessing the radiant smiles on everyone’s faces was definitely the highlight of the day. I’m incredibly grateful to United Airlines for providing me this opportunity to volunteer for this event as part of their 'September of Service'. It's lovely to see that simple gestures and acts of kindness can truly have a profound impact.
